For Conveyancing services, we receive a fee of up to £150.00 per completed transaction. For clients who are not local and or would prefer a web based service we offer the choice of solicitors through Homebuyer Conveyancing, where there is a choice from their panel of solicitors. For Conveyancing services through Hombuyer Conveyancing we can receive a fee of up to £350.00 per completed transaction.
